On November first when you boot up Gears 4 you will be prompted for a large update to download. This is the first of many large changes that the studio has promised to provide to enhance your gameplay and answer to the fans that have reached out with concerns and issues.
A major part of this update has been to the requests of weapon balancing of the load out weapons of the game.
The update doesn't just bring "fixes" it also introduces the first set of two multiplayer maps part of the "Two maps per month for a year" schedule. The maps are remakes of "Checkout" and "Dry Dock" from previous installments of the GOW franchise.
The update will require around 5.7gb to 6gb of space on your Xbox One and up to 7gb of space on Windows 10.
